Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Yuxa Labs LLC ("YuxaLabs," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our websites, applications, and games, including Yuxa Music (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.
Some of our Services may be designed to run entirely on your device and may not transmit personal information to us at all. Where a specific app collects or shares data, its App Store privacy details and any in‑app disclosures describe what applies to that app.
Some apps, including Yuxa Music, store certain data locally on your device and do not transmit it to us.
Information We Collect
Information you provide
If you contact us (for example, by email for support or inquiries), we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message. If an app offers an account, we collect the details needed to create and maintain it.
Information from services you connect
Some apps, including Yuxa Music, let you connect third‑party accounts such as music streaming services. When you choose to connect an account, the third‑party service grants us authorization (for example, an access token) so the app can act on your behalf — such as loading your library, playlists, and playback. We do not receive or store your third‑party passwords. Access remains in place only until you disconnect the account or revoke it.
Information collected automatically
Where enabled, we may collect limited technical information to operate and improve the Services, such as device and operating system type, app version, general usage and feature interactions, and diagnostic or crash data. We aim to collect only what is needed and, where possible, in a form that does not identify you personally. We do not use your information for targeted advertising.
How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and operate the Services and their features.
- To personalize your experience, such as remembering your settings and layout.
- To diagnose problems, monitor stability, and improve performance and design.
- To respond to your messages and provide support.
- To protect the security and integrity of the Services and prevent abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
How Information Is Shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers. Vendors that help us operate the Services (for example, hosting, analytics, and crash reporting) may process information on our behalf under agreements that limit their use of it. Where analytics are used, they are limited in scope and designed to avoid personally identifying you.
- Services you connect. When you link a third‑party account, information is exchanged with that provider to deliver the features you requested. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or YuxaLabs.
- Business transfers. If YuxaLabs is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Third‑Party Services
The Services may interact with third parties you choose to connect (such as music streaming providers) and with platform and infrastructure providers (such as Apple and Google). These third parties operate under their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of services we do not control.
Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the Services and for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. Authorization tokens for connected accounts are retained until you disconnect the account or revoke access. You may request deletion of information associated with you as described below.
Your Choices and Rights
- Disconnect accounts. You can disconnect any linked third‑party account from within the app, and you can revoke access directly through that provider.
- Access and deletion. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you by contacting us at the address below.
- Account deletion. If an app provides an account, you can request deletion of that account and its associated data from within the app where available, or by contacting us.
- Regional rights. Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA, the UK, or California), you may have additional rights over your personal information, such as rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict its use, and to object or appeal. We honor these rights as required by applicable law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising them.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age required for consent in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
International Users
YuxaLabs is based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in these locations.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
